To maximise the value from the surveys, they will be carefully tailored to the type of participating organization. Thus, the law student survey has been developed in close collaboration with JURO for several months, with multiple rounds of feedback from the law students’ organization which have contributed substantially to the development of the final version.

With bar associations, the approach is very different. Here we are continuing on a longitudinal study that dates back to 2005. We preserving an important core of classical factors – such as job satisfaction – while being very mindful of each scale that is added.

The surveys for law firms is based on a mix of scales that we want to track for the survey in 2020, with new ones that have been identified as important now (such as ergonomics).
